Could you please tell our readers a brief background about yourself and how you started your business?
My name is Noah B. Swiderski and I’m the Owner and Founder of Briton Media LLC, the leader in podcast solutions dedicated to connecting Podcasters to the resources they need to excel in their Podcasts. These resources include Podcast Editing, Podcast Marketing, and Content Creation.
I first noticed my love for business early on in my life when I built a website selling football cards in middle school. (2005) Fast forward to college, I often found myself building side businesses in my dorm for extra money.
This included producing beats for local music artists in the area and using the money to reinvest in another business. My marketing and economics professors saw what I was doing in the e-commerce space and gave me feedback that I would soon be “supersonically successful”.
Once I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with my Business Studies and Organizational Leadership degree, I started my sales career by knocking on doors in Boston selling Verizon Fios to different neighborhoods around the Massachusetts area in the winter.
I learned quickly that rejection is only an opportunity for you to get closer to a “yes”. I took the experiences and what I learned to develop Briton Media LLC in May of 2019.
This position really taught me a lot in sales, public speaking, and really seeing my potential in getting clients, building relationships, and getting business. My company, Briton Media LLC, leverages my 7-plus years in online business and technology to make Podcast services more accessible and affordable.
I have been lucky enough to work with Popular Figures like Gary Vaynerchuk, Asia Demarcus, Olyasha Novozhylova, and many others.
My passion is creating positive change in the world by working hard and being kind. My goal is to make a name for myself, my business, and my company. I’ve had people in my past give up on me, and not see the vision I saw. Nothing is more important to me than my dreams and proving them wrong.
Where did the idea for Briton Media come from?
It comes from my middle name (Briton)
What exactly does your company do?
Briton Media LLC is dedicated to connecting the Podcast community with our editing, marketing, and content creation services. Our goal is to maximize the success of our clients by increasing the production value of their podcasts.
There are other Podcast Producers in the space, however, I saw a massive opportunity for making the production process more simple, higher quality, and more efficient for the client. I combined my three strengths (audio engineer, marketing, and podcast knowledge) to build Briton Media LLC and help as many people as possible.
Our mission is to highlight our clients and their remarkable experiences with our services. Briton Media LLC provides a seamless experience to find, sign up, and get access to reliable and efficient podcast services to boost your Podcast.
How did you get started in your industry?
I always had a love for Podcasts, I listened to them all the time in high school and college. I combined all my favorite things, marketing, audio engineering, and Podcasts into Briton Media LLC.
Why do you think that PR is the tool you need to implement in your business and how it helps to grow your business?
Public Relations is very important to our business. We take pride in the relationships with have with our clients and the reputation we have built with our work. Marketing in a genuine way helps others see how genuine you are as a business and business owner.
We always want to make sure Briton Media LLC. is shining and put in a position to make a great first impression on interested Podcasters.
What are you currently doing to maintain/grow your business?
Currently, we are expanding and adding many clients to our editing membership, so it’s important to make a great first impression and set the standard as a business.
We do this by providing as much information as possible, and always being reachable in case there are questions or concerns. We also maintain our relationships with our clients on a weekly basis regarding new trends we see or opportunities for growth that we notice for them to succeed.
As an entrepreneur, what is it that motivates and drives you?
As an entrepreneur, the number one thing that motivates me is the people in my past that wrote me off or didn’t believe in the big ability I had when I had a relationship with them. I want to make sure every day they see my name, face, and success by helping others.
What form of marketing has worked well for your business throughout the years?
Email marketing has been so successful for us. We were able to triple our revenue just this year by putting more focus on it and following up on clients that have been interested in the past from email marketing efforts.
What is the toughest decision you had to make in the last few months?
The toughest decision I had to make recently was hiring our first employee and I’m so glad we did. Putting the money back into the business so it can grow and scale has gotten us so much more successful. Alfi does a great job at creating marketing efforts for us and is expanding our book of business on a weekly basis.
What is your brand’s philosophy?
Work hard and be kind. (Something my mother always reminds me).
What is one piece of advice you still remember that has practically changed your life?
I got this advice from my girlfriend’s uncle Danny, think in 3’s. Anytime you are asked for advice, solution, or feedback always be prepared with 3 responses. Thinking in 3’s has changed the way I communicate with my peers, family, and clients. It’s a more abundant way of thinking.
What advice would you give to a newbie Entrepreneur setting up their first business?
Have so much faith in it like it’s the last thing keeping you alive. You need to follow through with it until the end. Be committed. The way you run your business is the way you run the rest of your life.
