Justus Che is a visionary Serial Entrepreneur CEO, and Founder of OMEGASOFT FOUNDERS. This startup, Omegasoft Founders, is a platform for common people to register to become Founders for two very lucrative, passive income streams while building a legacy, of generational wealth.

Could you please tell our readers a brief background about yourself and how you started your business?

My Passion for Entrepreneurship started at a very tender age of 7 in Africa, as a petty trader, my mother taught me the meaning of Profit and how to calculate it.

During my school days, was an Excellent Science Student: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry Etc. I aspired to become a Medical Doctor but, the Entrepreneurial Spirit kept pulling me towards Business.

After working with a Multinational in Africa, in the capacity of Procurement Negotiator, worked for 5 years with the Multinational then resigned. With my savings, I started a Trading Business (Purchase and Resell of COCOA and COFFEE Beans ) and later relocated to the UNITED STATES in late October 2011.

My passion for Science and Technology as well as, my critical thinking abilities to always look for ways to solve problems got me to founding OMEGASOFT TECHNOLOGY LLC in January 2019. We started Developing Software Products prior to registering Omegasoft Technology LLC.

As the Software Products were undergoing development, the thought of how to impact and change lives kicked in, and that’s how the idea of Omegasoft Founders (a subsidiary of Omegasoft Technology LLC) was born.

Where did the idea for Omegasoft Founders come from?

About the Name Omegasoft Founders. Growing up in a Christian home, always heard of the phrase, ALPHA & OMEGA (The Beginning and the End), I have chosen OMEGA because our company will be a place for final solutions then, added SOFT which reminds people of a Software company.

Putting one and two together, we came up with the name OMEGASOFT FOUNDERS

How did you get started in your industry?

My Passion for Science and Technology, the ability to search for solutions to fix complex problems.

Playing around with Lots of Software applications, plus Business skills acquired while working with a Multinational, as well as the drive to succeed made it easier to conceive many software product ideas as well the Business Model after which, our Developers performed their magic.

Why do you think that PR is the tool you need to implement in your business and how it helps to grow your business?

You can have great products without making them known, it will be of no use. I will say with all confidence that, PR plays an essential role especially when it comes to creating awareness. Your Product is like a Lock while PR is the Key.

What are you currently doing to maintain/grow your business?

We do organize Zoom meetings every Saturday, Facebook Live, and conferences to educate the masses about Omegasoft Founder’s ideology.

What are the three biggest challenges you have faced growing the business and how did you overcome them?

A wide range of Challengers, from difficulty to raise funds, Banks and Investors not trusting a Black Male originally from Africa with a strange accent, and more…..

Am not the kind of person who gives up, there is always a B, C Etc.. solution to solve any problem.

What social media platforms do you usually use to increase your brand’s awareness and why?

Every social media platform is unique, for now, we exploit LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter to create much-needed awareness for our Business.

What is your experience with paid advertising, like PPC or sponsored content marketing campaigns? Does it work?

We did PPC a while ago but your competitors will pay some people to be clicking on your ads, and you’ll be spending money and not getting ROI.

What is your main tactic when it comes to making more people aware of your brand and engaging your customers? How did your business stand out?

To create awareness, Influencers and Bloggers in your Particular Niche play a primordial role.

What piece of advice do you wish someone had given you at the start of your career?

Such a tricky question, but up till this point, I have no regrets. We do our homework, lots of research talking with Consultants when necessary. Did I, answer your question correctly?

What excites you most about your industry? Where do you see it heading in the near future?

Technology is everything, everything involved around it. The world is going digital, In a couple of years from now, 95 % will be done digitally while only about 5% will involve some physical actions.

What is the best advice you have ever been given?

Every problem has a solution

What advice would you give to a newbie Entrepreneur setting up their first business?

For starters, Consistency and Persistency are the watchwords.

What has been your greatest achievement so far?

Always striving to impact lives.

What is your brand’s philosophy?

Our philosophy is the same as our slogan “BUILDING THE LEGACY “.We are creating an opportunity for common people to create generational wealth through, OMEGASOFT FOUNDERS.
