Surely you have heard many times the benefits of getting up early and earning him a few hours a day. Many of us enjoy the early morning hours exercising or drinking coffee as we catch up on the main news.

But, have you ever considered getting up at 5:00? How about 4:00 am?

NeuroLeadership Institute director of research Josh Davis says getting up at work at four in the morning is a great idea, as this eliminates potential distractions: “No one expects you to send an email or receive a call. at 4:00 am ”

It may seem very extreme, however, there are many examples of successful men and women who get up early. The rule, it should be noted, is to get enough sleep to rest.

Indra Nooyi

In an interview for Fortune magazine in 2012, the president and CEO of PepsiCo acknowledged that she gets up at four in the morning every day. “They say that sleep is a gift from God … that is a gift that he never gave me,” he then told journalist Geoff Colvin.

Fortune named her the third most powerful woman in business in 2014; while Time Magazine has ranked her among the 100 most influential women in the world.

In an interview with Time magazine, Steve Jobs’ successor reveals part of the day-to-day: waking up, checking and answering emails, then going to the gym and drinking coffee, while continuing the mail. Before seven he is already in his office. He’s a workaholic, although he doesn’t see it this way: “The thing is, when you love what you do, you don’t really think of it as work.”

However, apparently, this routine is not so strict for one of the world leaders in technology. He recognized it himself on his Twitter account on March 9, 2015: “I took an extra break for today’s event. I slept until 4:30 am. ”

The Virgin owner himself explained his routine in a blog post: “I like to sleep with the curtains open so that the sunlight wakes me up. Natural light is wonderfully motivating. It’s hard not to get excited about the next day, with the sun coming through the windows. ”

“If I am somewhere with a tennis court, I will generally play a couple of sets. If tennis is not an option, I will take a walk or run or jump on my bike. If I am near the ocean and there is enough wind, I will go kitesurfing. There is no better way to start the day with the wind in your hair, the salt on your skin and a smile on your face. ” Apparently Branson’s life is as wonderful as we all imagine it to be.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson

He is one of the highest-paid actors in Hollywood and one of the most profitable. In addition to being an actor, he is an ambassador for various brands and a successful businessman, owner of Seven Bucks Productions, with whom he has carried out various projects, including the successful series Ballers, which he stars in and is broadcast on HBO.

La Roca usually gets up early, before five in the morning, to carry out his first exercise routine. Before the sun rises and when the city begins to wake up, Johnson has already had breakfast and a second exercise routine.

According to the book Habits of Power, the CEO of Starbucks begins his day at 4:30 in the morning. His routine is to walk his dog and exercise. Later, he prepares coffee for his wife, before leaving for the office, where he begins to dispatch at seven.
